These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SKN°Barr website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). All transactions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

3. Product Information & Disclaimer
SKN°Barr products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. The SKN°Barr Nourishing Anti-Chafing Balm is formulated using natural oils and waxes to support skin comfort and reduce friction.
Results may vary from person to person. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Safety & Allergen Disclaimer
Our products contain natural plant-based and nut-derived ingredients. Customers must take note of potential sensitivities. You agree to perform a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. SKN°Barr will not be liable for allergic reactions where warnings were provided.

5. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received. SKN°Barr reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely via Yoco (Card & Instant EFT). SKN°Barr reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available within South Africa only via Courier Guy and PostNet. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Risk transfers to the customer upon acceptance of delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Product Integrity
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or opened products. Refunds are only provided where required under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

9. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
In accordance with ECTA, customers may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply.

10. Temperature Sensitivity Clause
SKN°Barr products are temperature-sensitive. We are not responsible for product changes caused by heat, cold, or improper storage after delivery. Products returned in a compromised condition will not qualify for a refund.

11. Limitation of Liability
SKN°Barr shall not be liable for misuse of products, allergic reactions where warnings were provided, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the CPA.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of SKN°Barr and may not be used without permission.

13. Fraud Prevention & Order Protection
SKN°Barr reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders and verify customer details before processing.

14. Privacy & Marketing
Your personal information is handled in accordance with POPIA. By purchasing, you agree to receive order communications, review requests, and marketing emails (with opt-out available).

15. Storage & Product Care
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed after use.
