Our Returns Philosophy

We do not offer refunds for:

o   Personal preference (texture, scent, feel)

o   Incorrect product selection

o   Products that have been opened or used

SKN°Barr formulations are sensitive to temperature and environmental exposure.

 For this reason:

Products that have been opened, used, or exposed to heat or improper handling cannot be returned.

Items must remain in a condition that is suitable for resale. Any product returned in a compromised condition will not qualify for a refund.

Your Rights Under South African Law

We fully stand behind the quality of our products. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a remedy if your product:

o   Is damaged upon delivery  

In these cases, within 6 months of purchase, you may request:

o   A replacement

o   Or a refund, where appropriate

Online Orders (Cooling-Off Period)

For online purchases, a 7-day cooling-off period applies.

However:

o   Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

o   Return shipping and handling fees may apply

o   Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene or handling will not qualify
